Bio Reme Just Drop And Sanitation Etiquette

Do the things we drop in everyday in our toilet matter after we have finished our daily routine? Do we ever think about what happens to our faces? From open defecation to the modern bio toilet digester, history of the evolution of sanitation is amazing.

Toilet is the link between good and bad environment. Gradual changes in the form of sanitation systems from chamber pots, cess pools and close stools to flush type cistern system. Sewage treatment plants installed for densely populated cities have minimised the amount of untreated disposal to water bodies. Talking about our own country, India where society is faced with human excretions of the order of a million kilo litres of urine and a billion kilo grams of faecal matter per day. Management of such a huge load of serious pollutants is a big challenge.

Our understanding of human faecal pollution is necessary for proper implementation of sewage treatment methodologies. Till now we have been thinking about new ideas of killing the pollutants on site. Our toilet system may be connected to traditional septic tank or a sewer for onsite sludge treatment

But we cannot ignore the threat it poses right at the source. Do we have any solution? Do we think about the pathogenic loads each ounce of our faces contain? Important to note that most them were suppressed as long as they remained inside our intestine. External environment makes them spread their wings in all possible ways to adapt. Your poop is mostly alive with 100 billion live bacteria present in each gram. Virus is ten times the number of bacteria. They all keep on releasing smelly and toxic gases without rest. Return back to your home after a long vacation. Open the door of bathroom. If it gives an unusual foul smell which we might not have been experiencing before, given the fact our nose was used to. There is a serious choking issue. If the fecal mass is put on soil, it may be decomposed in 10 to 30 days. Soil contains a wide range of decomposers from bacteria and fungus to termites and snails. But the sewer system running inside our house do not have such eco system. Anaerobic environment leaves scope for only a few species of decomposers . But most of those anaerobes are either sulphate reducing or pathogens. Fat and oil residues of excreta stick to wet pipes and sinks. The greater force we apply to flush, the bigger probability of viral and bacterial splash into the air. Germs become aerosols and float in air which may stick to our body, tooth brush and towels. About 3.5 to 4 billion years ago when there was less or no oxygen in earth’s atmosphere life evolved were anaerobic. And we should thank the nature that many of them survived till now. Scientists got an idea to pick a few best ones from among those to treat organic pollutants in anaerobic conditions. Use of soap, detergents, toilet cleaner and disinfecting products like phenyl make the toilet sewer unfavorable to many of them. Excreta not only contain undigested food but also body tissue and even hairs especially if you are dropping pet’s poop. Scientists say we must not drop poop of our pets directly to the toilet sinks. As they contain dangerous pathogens which they are immune to but not the humans. Obviously how many are going to pack the pet’s excreta in biodegradable pack and dispose of as per the protocols? We need to speed up the process of decomposition right from our own homes. Experts in our labs worked very hard to select the most efficient strains which have learnt to digest not only excreta but also those cleaners and disinfectants. Our company, Greencraft Labs Pvt Ltd came forward to bring the unique formulation by the name ‘Bio Reme Just Drop’

Bio Reme is the brand name of bio cultures developed by Greeencraft Labs. The indigenous product Bioreme Just Drop comes in small sachets each of approx. 40 gm. It contains hundreds of selected strains beneficial and harmless bacteria. Selected strains of good microbes are stored in dry form and dormant stage. The pouch is self-dissolving and bio degradable.

It is dropped as it is into the sink directly or by putting it in cistern. Pouch is dissolved in water. So not to worry about tearing the packet. No need of preparing solution of fermentation. Anaerobic as well as some facultative bacteria get released immediately. Bacteria begin to swim with moving water sticking to all surfaces and corners throughout the pipelines. The whole pathways get colonized by good decomposing bacteria. They find food supply wherever they stay.

Microbes start having their bite instantly as bacteria become active in just 10 to 20 minutes after exposure to moisture. Bio degradation of matters starts right from the source. Decomposition of fat and oil is tough even in aerobic condition as the lump of fat does not let oxygen penetrate it. The fatbergs trapped inside pipe do not stay any more. Problem of choking and clogging is solved. The specific strains released from Bio Reme Just drop hit those fats hard. Foul odor producing microbes are suppressed. By the time fecal sludge reaches septic tank or sewage treatment plant BOD is almost halved. Pathogens have no time to initiate their own cycle as they cannot compete with the large number of good bacteria released from Bio Reme Just Drop. Idea is to decompose before it decays. Dropping Bio Reme Just drop at least once or twice in a month after dropping our daily business every day is our responsibility towards hygiene and cleanliness.
