Anurag Kumar Jha, with over 15 years of experience in wastewater and solid waste management, has become a leader in the field of biological waste solutions. After earning a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Operations, he began his career in waste management. Following his tenure at Unitop Aquacare Limited, Anurag developed a pioneering product in 2015 and established the brand Bacta Cult in 2017. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to launch BioReme, a revolutionary bioculture for waste management, in 2021, quickly gaining industry trust.
In 2021, Anurag founded Greencraft Labs Pvt Ltd, where he currently serves as CEO. Under his leadership, Greencraft Labs became a leading bioculture manufacturer for wastewater and solid waste management in India within a year. His strategic expansion efforts, including opening a new office in New Delhi in 2022, have solidified Greencraft Labs as an industry leader. Anurag's dedication to innovation and sustainability continues to shape his success in the waste management sector.
Neeraj Kumar, a seasoned sales and business development professional, earned his MBA from Pune University in 2010. He began his career with IndiaMART, gaining valuable experience and forging connections within the industrial sector. After two years, he transitioned to Water Today, where he served as Team Leader for West India, managing over 1000 Water and Wastewater OEMs, deepening his industry knowledge and relationships.
In 2021, Neeraj became Vice President of Sales at Greencraft Labs Pvt Ltd, where his strategic leadership played a key role in securing major clients from government organizations and multinational companies, both in India and globally. His efforts have been crucial in driving the company's growth and expanding its presence in the wastewater and solid waste management sectors.
Kuldeep Kumar Jha, a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Marketing, began his career as an Assistant Manager at Lifetime, where he honed his marketing skills for four years before transitioning to the wastewater industry. His passion for marketing technical products led him to Greencraft Labs Private Ltd, where he became Vice President of Marketing at the company's inception, driving the expansion of contract manufacturing in biotechnology.
Beyond traditional marketing, Kuldeep played a key role in addressing odour issues in the rendering industry, leading the development of the innovative solution Bio Render. His strategic approach, leveraging industry insights and efficient resource allocation, has been instrumental in launching new products and driving the growth of Greencraft Labs in waste management.
Anil Joshi, an engineering graduate with an MBA in International Business, has built a distinguished career in the sales of bioculture for wastewater treatment. Starting at AN International in Pune, his passion for exploring diverse cultures and languages drove him to excel in international sales. In 2021, Anil joined Greencraft Labs as Vice President of International Business, using his vast network to help the company expand into over 38 countries.
His tenure at Greencraft Labs has been marked by innovative strategies and a commitment to global growth, solidifying the company as a key player in wastewater treatment solutions. Anil’s expertise and cultural understanding have played a crucial role in the company’s international success.
